This weekend my parents came to visit so we did some shopping and then went to
Childress Vineyards! The wine was delicious and their Christmas decorations have me feelin' festive. It was beautiful and we learned a lot about wine making and how NOT to conduct yourself at a Vineyard (do not mess with the barrels...they are $1,500 each, ahhh!).
I may have done a little too much shopping this weekend though...BUT I couldn't help myself because my friends and I are planning a Friendsgiving for next weekend! Wait until you see all the crafts and decor I have come up with! Now I just need to put in an order for a Bojangles fried turkey (because we are NOT skilled enough to make one and they do a cracker jack job)
and a good cocktail recipe...
