Don't hate me...I am leaving this FREEZING North Carolina tundra in a few weeks and headed to sunny Puerto Rico! It can't come soon enough! My jaw is starting to lock up from the stress of work so time off is definitely needed...if you have any tricks to help my jaw before I leave though, please send them my way! I don't know what is wrong with me.
Anyhow, this will not be your typical glamorous trip to the tropics...no sir. Or should I say, "no bro." We are going on a surf trip. "Do I surf?" you might ask...nope! Haha but my fiancé does and has gone every year for the past three years with friends so we are renting a house and goin'! Don't get me wrong, there will still be many blended delicious fruity drinks but I will be making them instead of a bartender with a great tan ;)
I have linked a few items I will be packing. Since it is an adventure trip, a backpack is essential. We plan to visit a local waterfall and even a bioluminescent bay! Sounds so magical. I will be keeping it casual in tanks and bathing suits most of the time but having a few long sleeved pieces is crucial for those early morning surf sessions.
