If I am being honest, baking sometimes intimidates me...especially if I am at my house and in charge of clean up. Flour is messy and I don't like that recipes make 3 dozen (aka one thousand) cookies because I end up trying to pawn my leftovers on others so that I don't gain 20 pounds.
Knowing this about me, my mother-in-law recently turned me on to Scratch & Grain cookie kits and I am hooked (check them out on shark tank
here). They are so easy and only make 10-12 cookies! Genius! Why didn't I think of that?!
All you have to add is butter and an egg...and they even COLOR CODE IT FOR YOU! Mind blown.
The simplicity of these all-in-one cookies is what really sold me but I also love that I am supporting someones' business that they dreamt up! Do you know of any businesses like them that I should try?
